Drive System

• Heavy Duty 2.2 HP AC Inverter Drive.... Trackmaster Treadmill TMX22 uses an AC motor powered by an inverter drive to avoid the problems associated with DC treadmills. There are no brushes that wear out or create the black dusty mess that DC motors are associated with. AC means low heat to avoid electric componnet failures. This drive configuration is what we refer to as a maintenance free drive system.
• Timing belt type drive eliminates belt slip or hesitation problems associated with multi-v serpentine type belts.
• Running belt uses an overlap splice as opposed to the cheaper typically used "finger splice". This type of splice does not separate or start to peel like the finger splice does. Additionally, the running belt is much thicker material than many competitor's belts.

Running Surface

• Cushioned, Lubricated, Low Profile (5" from floor)
• Reversible, Double Sided Running Deck is 1.25" Thick. Flipable running deck is 2-sided so in the event the running deck wears, you can flip it for a totally new wear surface.
• Running deck is made of 15-ply zero void birch plywood with wax impregnated MASONITE bonded to it. This is an extrememly long wearing surface, and is very resistive against warp. Additionally, this combination is maintenance free and does not require the use of messy sprays or lubricants.
• Master track running belt system for the Trackmaster Treadmill TMX22 is a patented V-guide that is vulcanized to the underside of the belt. What this means to you is nearly maintenance free running belt tracking and alignment. Elinimating all the belt adjustment problems encountered with other treadmills.
• Superior shock absorbsion system.... the running deck is supported by 6 large isolators that offer a great deal of cushion when walking but yet they are firm enough to give good support against the impact of running.
• 4" Steel Rollers are also Machined with the V-groove. It is widely acknowledged that the Trackmaster Deck/Belt/Roller System is the Least Problematic and Most Durable in the Industry.

• Trackmaster is manufactured under ISO 9001-2000. Regarding safety and regulatory compliance, Trackmaster is listed by ETL (the UL competitor), CE (the European standard) and CSA in Canada.
• Meets the medical standard UL2601-1. This guarantees that current leakage is below 500 micro amps or .5 milliamps. Leakage levels above the 500 milliamps point have been known to cause falso blips or false reading on EKG testing results. Additionally, and more importantly, higher leakage levels than 500 micro amps have been known ot reprogram Pacemakers opening the facility up for huge liability.
