• We purchased a Spirit Treadmill from you a couple of years ago and have been nothing but pleased. I can’t recall the exact model off the top of my head. Anyway, we will be moving in a week and the treadmill may have to be placed on concrete. Up until now it has been on carpet. I thought a treadmill pad would be a good idea, but wanted your advice – should we have one? If so, do you sell them or can you recommend someone who does? We would prefer to go through you if possible – you have been great to us so far.

• I'm writing you just to tell you how much I'm enjoying my new treadmill. Not only has it been a real convenience for me; it also has been easy on my knees. Apparently there is just enough flex in the board to save my knees from the soareness and stiffness that I used to get by running outside on the hard ground.
